✅ When a Refund Is Eligible:

Item Not Received: You must provide valid proof (e.g. tracking records or delivery documentation) showing that your order was not delivered.
Item Damaged: You must submit clear photo or video evidence of the damaged product within 7 days of receiving it.
If your refund request meets the above criteria, we’ll make it right.

❌ When a Refund Is Not Eligible:

Mistaken Purchases or Buyer’s Remorse: If you simply changed your mind, purchased the wrong item, or no longer want the product, refunds will not be issued.
Lack of Use or Personal Preferences: We cannot accept returns based on not using the product or deciding it’s not what you expected.
